Stock levels

We endevour to keep our website up to date with stocked items but from time to time there could be a computer glitch or human error. We will contact you immediately if this is the case and give you the option of a full refund or back order.

Shipping Costs & Durations

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. If you have any trouble or it comes up with a stupid price just send us an email or give us a call to clarify. 

Domestic shipping within Australia

We use either Australia Post Express post or Couriers Please depending on your location and weight of the package. For a majority your shipment will take 2-3 days but in some remote locations up to 7 days. You will receive tracking information when you place your order. 

International 

Whilst we usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, DHL or Australia Post can take up to 3 weeks depending on your country and this can be affected by customs clearances. 

Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, you must take it up with the courier immediately. 

Duties & Taxes

GST

GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. If you are international the GST will be removed as export is GST free. 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments are subject to local requirements on arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and it is a good idea to check how much this is before ordering from us. 

Insurance

Insurance is available for an additional amount for international orders during checkout, all domestic orders include insurance.
