PVS products / and sold for motorsport applications only.
It is the sole responsibility of the person installing and / or user of this product to ensure that all products are checked and rechecked in every aspect such as but not limited to the following: visual appearance, manufacturing defects, physical dimensions, installed heights, seat pressures, open pressures, coil bind, suitability and the advertised specifications suitability for your particular application intended before installation.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of products that are visually defective or have a workmanship / manufacturing defect for a period of 30 days following date of original purchase. A refund of the purchase price or exchange product will be provided, at PVS’s discretion, once the product has been returned in its original, uninstalled condition with proof of purchase and we have inspected.
Motorsport / Performance or racing products are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. No other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover products once they are installed, as PVS has no control over installation variables including, but not limited to:
In summary we have no control over the assembly, installation, application, suitability, and or custom modification of our parts or to your engine to install our products. Therefore, without question no warranty is given once installed.
All manufacturers and resellers of our aftermarket parts offer limited warranties, and we will not be responsible for the on goings from their warranties.
